JAKARTA: PT Sinarmas Sekuritas, a Jakarta-based investment service company, will be handling initial public offering of two prospective publicly-listed companies in the second half of 2011.There are two companies that will be a publicly-listed company, namely a mining and consumer goods companies, as informed by President Director of PT Sinarmas Sekuritas Kokaryadi Chandra.About IDR1 trillion will be spent for the IPO of mining company, while IPO of the consumer goods company needs IDR500 billion, he said in Jakarta, yesterday.Expectedly, both IPOs can be realized in the fourth quarter of 2011. Nevertheless, the realization of IPO depends on the companies readiness.In addition, the investment company also targets to manage three IPOs for this year. In the meantime, shares issuance of PT Indo Straits Tbk was the first work handled by the company.Meanwhile, the company has set a goal to pocket proceeds to IDR15 billion in this year.In a term of underwriting of bonds issuance, the company is eyeing a property company that plans for bond issuance by this year, said Kokaryadi.On the other hand, PT Bank Sinarmas Tbk, a financial business line of Sinarmas Group, has converted warrant I series to be 192,000 shares.Consequently, the total shares of BSIM-share coded company is to 9.07 billion shares.
