JAKARTA: Toll road operator PT Jasa Marga Tbk finally decided the portion of dividend to share as much as 60% of its 2010 profit.Shareholders of the company decided the payment of IDR105.68 per share. Last year, the company recorded net income at IDR1.19 trillion, increasing 20.26% from IDR9.92 billion.Jasa Marga President Director Frans Sunito said that the decision gave no direct impact to the plan of toll road construction that the company will start.Earlier, we proposed dividend as much as 35% of net income to generate capital so company projects can run faster, he said yesterday.
